Refund Policy

1. Booking Cancellations

• Full refund if the booking is cancelled at least 48 hours before the scheduled start date.
• 50% refund if the booking is cancelled between 24–48 hours before the start date.
• No refund if the booking is cancelled less than 24 hours before the start date or in case of a no-show.

2. Payment Method for Refunds

• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during booking.
• Depending on your bank or payment gateway, refunds may take 5–10 business days to reflect.

3. Non-Refundable Services

• Booking fees, taxes, or service charges are non-refundable.
• Special promotions, seasonal offers, or discounted bookings may be non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

4. Modifications Instead of Refund

• In some cases, instead of a refund, you may reschedule your booking to a future date (subject to availability).

5. Company Rights

• We reserve the right to deny refunds if we detect fraudulent activity, policy abuse, or violations of our terms of service.
